Melanie Mecca Program Manager, Data Management Maturity Model CMMI Institute
Ms. Mecca is the CMMI Institute’s Data Management Maturity (DMM) Model, Product Manager, and a primary author of the DMM since its inception in January 2011. She secured corporate sponsorship funding and created a methodology for DMM Assessments to benchmark an organization’s data management capabilities. Ms. Mecca has led organization-wide DMM Assessments for the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Office of Financial Research, Microsoft Corporation, Fannie Mae, and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
