Ursula, a fifteen year Key employee, has served Key in various capacities. Currently she is the Chief Data Officer and leads the Enterprise Data and Information Management Office. In this capacity she is driving the end-to-end processes for Key’s strategic enterprise asset, data.

Previously she oversaw and directed support related functions of the Corporate Bank, including strategy, support and project management for information technology, marketing, communications, prospecting, and other Corporate Bank-wide initiatives. This came on the heals of leading similar functions for a division of the Corporate Bank, KeyBanc Capital Markets.

Prior to that she was responsible for the sales, service, and financial leadership of 12 Key Centers in Cleveland. Results were driven through hands-on coaching of the Key Center Managers and their direct reports, and a disciplined approach to Human Capital Management.

From 2003 to 2005 she was responsible for many facets of the Client Experience. Her primary focus included the design, development and deployment of a single instance of Siebel 7 across multiple lines of business. Her responsibilities also included the coordination of diverse project teams including business analysts and technical resources in a matrixed reporting structure.

Ursula was formerly associated with KeyBanc Capital Markets when she was responsible for the implementation of a new operating model within the Corporate and Investment Bank – industry based “universal bankers”. This role involved the development of a sales and sales management processes, as well as design and implementation of performance metrics.

She has also led multiple projects through process analysis, future state design, and implementation phases. Middle Market, Credit Administration, Commercial Real Estate, Mutual Funds Operations, Human Resources, Retail Product Management, and Technology Services were just a few of the businesses positively affected by these projects.

Prior to joining Key in 1998, she spent 4 years at American Greetings in both marketing and operations positions.

Ursula received her Bachelor of Science degree in business from Bowling Green State University, her MBA from Cleveland State University and certification from the Stonier School of Banking. She volunteers her time with the United Way, Junior League of Cleveland and Cleveland Bridge Builders.

Ursula has been recognized both within and outside of Key with the KeyCorp Chairman's Award in 2005, the YWCA Women of Professional Achievement in 2010 and most recently as an Honorary Member of Beta Gamma Sigma in 2012.

Paul is a co-founder, and Chief Data Scientist at MethodCare where he oversees the research and development of new processes, technologies and products. Paul leads MethodCare’s educational and speaking efforts by speaking at industry meetings and events, as well as working with various governmental agencies on advanced healthcare research that is leading to improved clinical results at reduced costs. Prior to co-founding MethodCare, Paul consulted on data mining algorithm integration with Microsoft Research and SQL Server, and led data analysis solution implementations for a number of Microsoft divisions. Earlier, Paul was the data mining development lead at Revenue Science, Inc. (formerly Digimine, Inc.), where he focused on integrating data mining technology into the company’s service offering. Prior to Digimine, Paul was a researcher in the Data Management, Exploration and Mining Group at Microsoft Research, where he helped develop new data mining algorithms and components that shipped with Microsoft’s flagship database products SQL Server and Commerce Server.

Paul earned his Ph.D. and M.S. degrees in computer science, and a B.S. in mathematics from the University of Wisconsin. His research interests include classification and clustering algorithms, underlying mathematical problem formulations, and issues related to scalability. Paul served as KDD-2013 Industry Practice Expo co-chair, and is on the editorial board of the Journal on Big Data. Olga Maydanchik is an experienced practitioner and educator in the field of information management with particular interest in Data Quality.

As a part of the Citi Chief Data Office, Olga was responsible for designing the enterprise-wide Data Quality framework. CDO data quality team put together Citi’s Data Quality Standard Operating Model playbook which prescribes how to build a Data Quality program in various company sectors and functions to adhere to the Citi Data Management Policy. Olga is also responsible for the Data Acquisition framework design and implementation.

Always an educator, Olga produced a complete series of training materials for various data quality tasks and deliverables. Additionally, Olga created the best in class enterprise-wide Citi Data Quality Professional Development Program. This program is crucial to improving Citi’s Data Quality Capabilities by increasing awareness, knowledge, and skills of the company workforce.

Olga is a member of the Enterprise Data Management Council. She actively participated in the Data Management Maturity Model design and subsequent reviews. The model defines the components, business processes, and capability areas required for effective data management.

Before joining Citi, Olga was a consultant in the field of data quality. She led the design and implementation of numerous data conversion, consolidation, and cleansing projects. Her clients included household names, such as Kimberly-Clark, Sprint, Honeywell, and Verizon.

Olga also co-authored “Data Quality for Practitioners” educational program which provides comprehensive treatment of all data quality topics, including numerous examples and practical tips.
